  4. M-FACTIR Demonstration M-FACTIR – FACulty and Trainee Information Resources. This is a UM tool to facilitate preparation of NIH Training Grant data tables. It is highly recommended. Most of the data in M-FACTIR is automatically pulled in from UM institutional sources (eg HR, ORSP). M-FACTIR URL: https://www.umms.med.umich.edu/mfactir/home To request access to M-FACTIR, submit a service request to HITS via help.med.umich.edu or by calling the Service Desk at (734)936-8000.

  5. M-FACTIR Demonstration Some key information for M-FACTIR is Program-Specific. Training Grant Administrators enter Program-Specific data for: - Participating Faculty - Mentor-Trainee relationships - Clearly associated trainees Note: Appointed trainees are automatically entered

  6. M-FACTIR Demonstration There are three (3) templates for Program-Specific data that a T32 Administrator uses to enter data into M-FACTIR: • Participating Faculty • Mentor/Trainee Relationship • Clearly Associated Trainees
