  2. Goods Arriving • When goods arrive back on an RMA log into Sugar with the details provided • Click on the “cases” tab • Find the RMA you require and click on the relevant “subject title” • Click on Edit on top left hand corner

  3. Editing • You can amend all the case details from here • When goods arrive fill in the “date received” field with today’s date • When you have finished click on “save” in the top left hand corner

  4. Mail Merge • Click on the “cases” tab again • Tick the return you are using • Click on “mail merge” • Choose “selected records” • Make sure you have “cases” as the “selected module” • Select “GRN” from the templates • Make sure you have the latest revision

  5. Click on Next which is right over on the right hand side • Check the info selected • Click on “begin merge” • When using Internet Explorer you may get a popup regarding ActiveX • Click on “yes”

  6. Final Section • Wait for a few moments for the “mail merge” to complete • Word should open with a new GRN with details filled in • Print the GRN to any printer • Hand write any other notes you wish to add
