  2. Old Kelley’s IGA, 200 Irwin Ave. The old Kelley’s IGAis essentially an abandoned grocery store. The building sustained damage from Hurricane Opal and never re-opened.It is located on Irwin Ave., on the West side of Eglin Pkwy just North of Uptown Station.

  3. Old Kelley’s IGA, 200 Irwin Ave. The Kelley’s Structure is attached to the K Mart store. K Mart - approx. 108,000 Sq. Ft.Old Kelley’s – approx. 27,000 sq. Ft.Concrete block masonry construction with lightweight bar joist roof construction.

  4. Old Kelley’s IGA, 200 Irwin Ave. The Kelley’s Structure is attached to the K Mart store. The structure has a second floor in the 3-4 corner.The occupancies are divided by a four hour fire wall (estimated)Integrity of the fire wall could not be verified. Unknown if there are any breaches. Side One

  5. Old Kelley’s IGA, 200 Irwin Ave. Walk in coolers in the rear of the structure. Sprinkler riser is located on side four. There are exits on side three, and four. Stairs to second floor are located on side four.

  6. Old Kelley’s IGA, 200 Irwin Ave. Roof access ladder at the top of stairs to second floor. Mechanical room with cooler motors and components is on second floor. Mechanical room has an exit to the exterior with a small steel deck outside.Mechanical room has access to attic over first floor walk-in coolers.
