With so many products and services in the market, there is bound to be an equal load of enquiry. The existence of automatic diallers has made it convenient and easy for organizations to handle such call requests very efficiently. What most people may not know, however, is the fact that there exist different kinds of dialling models, which need to be suitably selected as per requirements of a business. Here is a list of the most popular models. The preview model – In this kind of telemarketing software, before the auto dialler places a call, it shows the call agent a preview of the customer to who the call is addressed. This enables the call agent to form a background about the customer, enabling him to deliver information proactively in a highly interactive communication. The progressive model – In this model, the agent does not need to review the customer data as the call is being made. The dialler calls up a list of numbers, and keeps a track of which calls were rejected, unanswered or dropped. This is the most extensively used in service renewal calls. The predictive model – The predictive dialler is the most widely used model out there. This kind of system reduces the waiting time to almost zero. It consistently keeps dialling numbers, and as soon as a call is answered, it is transferred to the soonest available agent. This dialler system is the most efficient of all.
