  2. RivMaxIntroduces The New:Phase Velocity Shelving Unit Boltless shelving, like waves, come in many shapes and forms. While all boltless shelving share some basic characteristic properties, some boltless shelving can be distinguished from others based on some very observable (and some non-observable) characteristics.. As you can see the Phase Velocity Unit is a high quality unit designed to utilizes space and promote organization. This unit works well on its own or accompanied by a specialized man lift.

  6. SIDE PANELS • Guarantee parts are never • accidentally misplaced. • The steel sides are • constructed of 20 gauge • galvanized steel • Topped off with a durable high • gloss white powder coat finish. Side Panels

  7. BACKING PANELS • Installed for safety and • quality purposes’. • A gloss white powder finish • helps create an illuminated • work environment. Backing Panels

  8. WIRE SUPPORTS • 4 Gauge wire supports • a 1” X 2” wire pattern. • Shelf capacity exceeds • 800 pounds per shelf. • Grey powder coat finish • is applied. Wire supports

GALVANIZED WIRE BACKING SUPPORT • This particular wire backing • support is constructed of a • 4 gauge galvanized wire. • A white gloss powder coat finish • is applied. • This item keeps parts on the • shelves and also provides a • large area to hang hoses, belts • and related items.   10. TIE PLATES • Added to the top of the structure to enhance the rigidity and the stability of the unit. • A safety yellow powder coat finish is applied to the tie plates. • At the bottom the guide rails are mounted at precisely 36.5” to allow access with machinery. Tie Plates
