QUIENES SOMOS: ABOUT US: Nuestra experiencia en equipos y la relación que mantenemos con el sector agropecuario, comienza alrededor del año 1975. Este camino lo hemos recorrido con diferentes productos, marcas y proveedores. Siempre ligados al sector productivo del país. En todo este tiempo logramos la confianza, el respeto y el apoyo de nuestros clientes. Siempre entendimos que la relación con nuestros clientes es un compromiso mutuo, desde ese entonces, escuchamos, aprendimos y entendimos cuales eran sus necesidades. También hemos compartido diferentes situaciones del sector, épocas eufóricas y momentos de frustraciones. Muchas veces somos formadores de opiniones, creadores de necesidades, como también actuamos de medios informantes de las nuevas tecnologías. COMMERCIAL SALES COSWIN S.A. is formed by a group of professionals who are committed to providing the advice and after sales service of products we represent and sell.
Servicio Pos Venta Brindamos un servicio posventa personalizado, atención telefónica y asesoramiento técnico las 24 horas. Nuestro equipo de soporte técnico esta altamente capacitado para solucionarle los problemas al productor. Cada técnico tiene asignado una zona del País. Con el fin de asegurarnos un cliente satisfecho, se lo visita semestralmente con técnicos especializados para chequear que el uso del equipo este en perfecto funcionamiento. After Sales Service We provide personalized customer service, and technical advice call 24 hours. Our support team is highly trained to solve problems to the producer. Each technician is assigned an area of the country. In order to ensure a satisfied customer, I visit every six months with specialized technicians to check the proper use of the equipment and that it is working properly.
