PHYSICAL LOCATION SELECTION OPTIONS Choose either a Physical Location (state/region/national) OR an Activity Location (state) • Physical Location Options: • Regardless of where the activity occurred • Only activities performed within the specified physical site location • Only activities performed outside the specified physical site location • Activities Performed In Options: • Regardless of where the site is physically located • Only sites physically located within the specified activity performance location • Only sites physically located outside the specified activity performance location

NEW REPORTS AVAILABLE IN V3 • QA/QC REPORTS • QA/QC Commitment/Initiative Data • review progress towards the accomplishment of commitments; list commitments that are not linked to an evaluation. • QA/QC of SNY/SNN Evaluations Not Linked to Violations • review SNY and/or SNN evaluations that are not linked to • violations. Note: the linking of violations to SNY/SNN evaluations is optional, therefore, this report will not have meaning for some implementers. • QA/QC Information Request Data • review open information requests and information requests that • are not linked to an evaluation.

NEW REPORTS AVAILABLE IN V3 (cont’d) • EVALUATION-BASED REPORTS • Count of RCRA Section 6002 Data • counts the number of RCRA 6002 inspections performed, number • of RCRA 6002 questionnaires distributed, number of RCRA 6002 • questionnaires completed and mailed, number of inspector • questionnaires received by FFEO, and number of site questionnaires • received by FFEO.

NEW REPORTS AVAILABLE IN V3 (cont’d) • EVALUATION-BASED REPORTS • Pre-Inspection Report • provides inspectors with all relevant site information prior to an • inspection including evaluation information, violation information, • enforcement information, the most recent waste activity (biennial • report) information, the most recent permit information, and all • corrective action activity. Evaluations With Found Violation of “Undetermined” provides evaluations which are still being worked on (i.e., a determination has not been made regarding if the evaluation found any violations)

NEW REPORTS AVAILABLE IN V3 (cont’d) VIOLATION-BASED REPORTS Tickler Report for Scheduled Return to Compliance (RTC) Dates provides sites/violations whose scheduled return to compliance (RTC) dates that are coming due or that are past due. Citation Report allows users to report violations based on citations which were violated, either federal citation or state citation (if defined in RCRAInfo).

NEW REPORTS AVAILABLE IN V3 (cont’d) ENFORCEMENT-BASED REPORTS Listing of Multiple Consent Agreements/Final Orders (CA/FOs) provides information regarding multi-locational consent agreements/final orders (CA/FOs) Tickler Report for Technical Requirements provides enforcement actions where the technical requirements are coming due or that are past due. Tickler Report for Payments That Are Over Due provides payment information for payments that are past due. Tickler Report for SEPs That Are Over Due provides enforcement information and SEP information for SEPs that are past due. Open CM&E Activities Report reports facilities with pending enforcement actions and unresolved violations.

  24. REPORTS FOR PUBLIC USE VS. INTERNAL USE • CM&E FOIA Report – Only report designed for public use • Enforcement Sensitive Information • Commitment/Initiative Information until it is linked to an evaluation • 400 series enforcement actions (Judicial Referrals) that are linked to violations that are not linked to 500 series actions (Civil Judicial Action) • Criminal Actions (enforcements 700-709) and Referrals to Criminal (710-719) that are linked to violations that are not linked to Criminal Indictments (enforcement action 720-729), or Criminal Convictions (enforcement action 730-739), or Criminal Acquittal (enforcement action 740-749) • All CM&E Note Fields • Look-up table information with a usage code of 2, 4, 6, or 8

HEADQUARTERS MANAGEMENT REPORTS • New reports for the 2006 Permit and Renewal Baselines • Currently tweaking 2006 Baseline reports to meet the specific needs of each baseline (permit and renewal) • Additional reports will be developed for the 2008 GPRA Permit Baseline • Summary of Progress • Detailed Baseline • Units Eligible for Verification of non-Permit Controls • Units Meeting the Goal • Facilities Meeting the Goal • Facilities Not-Meeting the Goal • Units on the Baseline

BR REPORTING TABLE • Designed to make BR reporting easier across BR cycles, respecting the reporting definitions (select logic) of each cycle • Currently has data for 2001 and 2003 BR cycles • BR cycles prior to 2001 will closely emulate the National Reports but will not produce exact results due to the conversion of data from Version 1 to Version 2 • Will be used for Envirofacts queries
