  2. What is PCRF PCRF is the Policy and Charging Rules Function. It is at the heart of any modern day service provider’s core network and allows to define rules that govern the way services are delivered and charged

  3. AdvOSS PCRF AdvOSS PCRF includes a rule based engine along with options for: • Bandwidth Management • QoS Management • Charging Management • Advanced Rule Based Actions

  4. Quotas • AdvOSS PCRF also includes a quota manager that allows counting of usage by individual subscribers. • Together PCRF allows to fulfill many important use cases.

  10. Time Based Quotas AdvOSS PCRF allows to define time based packages where the usage is only counted during specific periods of the day allowing defining of packages like: 1MB – 5GB with unlimited usage from 2:00am to 8:00am
