  2. Engagement Engagement=Getting the Reader’s Attention How? Show that the work is important to them. or at least interesting

  3. For Example: “In consideration of your company’s presently limited returns in the Korean market, we make the following recommendations: …” or “As research shows, company’s with good cooperation earn better profits. That is why we took the time to lay out the following plan to improve cooperation in our company.”

  4. Creating a Clear Argument • Organize your information (last lecture) • Create an outline.
