Problem areas identified • No smoke detectors (fire risk on first floor) • No door chain/bar • Large gaps around both front and rear doors, allowing draughts. • Letterbox seal broken, allowing draught • Basic locks on front and rear doors • Front step awkward for occupier • Key left in rear door lock (possible to turn from outside) • Utility room mat slips • Flex on iron twisted • No Lifeline phone system • Flue on multi-fuel stove needs sweeping. • No carbon monoxide detector. • Rail needed by shower. • Toilet seat raiser needed • Fuse board RCD not tested. • Numerous trip hazards outside property, mainly due to type of surface. • Eye test overdue • Hearing issues. 2015

Work Carried out by Handyperson • Fit grabrail by front step • Fit plastic grabrail by shower • Fit two smoke detectors • Fit door bar ( supplied free by North Warwickshire Neighbourhood Watch) • Under current scheme with Eon (and supplied free of charge) • Fit draught excluder strips around front and rear doorframes • Fit new letterbox seal • Fit radiator foils to two radiators in lounge. 2015
