Ft. to existing building • Will house A&R, Counseling, Health Services, Cashier, Transfer Ctr., etc. • Estimated start of construction end of Fall 2010

Current and UpcomingConstruction Projects LAC Parking Structure – Measure E 2008 • Spaces for 900 Vehicles • Photovoltaic Electrical Generation Array on top level • To be located Southeast corner of Lot J adjacent to the Verizon building • Outfitted with single-axis tracking system • Minimum 450 KW+ output • Curriculum building opportunity • Exhibit classroom • Groundbreaking anticipated February, 2010

  8. Current and UpcomingConstruction Projects LAC Building O Complex – Measure E 2008 • Two structures totaling 87,000 square feet • Current Occupants: • ERD, Foundation, Warehouse Facility, and one leasee • Future Occupants: • IITS and BMT • Potential rental spaces being assessed

Current and UpcomingConstruction Projects LAC Infrastructure Improvement Projects Measure E 2008 • Project to be completed in a phased construction schedule • Total annual estimated savings of 1.5 million Kwh • Project started Fall 2009. Anticipated completion Summer 2011 • Upgrades include; Reclaimed Water, Domestic Water, Data, etc. • Majority of existing building HVAC systems to be connected to new infrastructure • Landscaping upgrades to be implemented in conjunction with infrastructure project phasing

  10. Current and UpcomingConstruction Projects LAC Q & R ADA/HVAC - Measure E 2008 • Complete building ADA upgrade: includes restrooms, stair lift, etc. (Bldg. R) • All new infrastructure: new piping, fixtures, etc. (Bldg. R) • Minor renovations to offices (Bldg. R) • Total renovation of locker/training rooms (Bldg. R) • HVAC upgrade: includes new air handlers, ductwork, etc. (Bldg. Q & R) • Update fire alarm system (Bldg. Q & R) • Construction will be done in phases so as to minimize disruption of classes • Final construction documents submitted to DSA Fall 2009 • Estimated start of construction Summer 2010

Current and UpcomingConstruction Projects PCC Building CC Retrofit - Measure E 2008 • To be designed by Hill Partnership Architects • Houses the Fitness Center, Gymnasium, Weight Room, and Faculty and Staff Offices • Swing space to be located on PCC Campus (Bldg. GG) • To be completed concurrently with MDAB project phase 2 • Anticipated start of construction Summer 2011
