  4. INGREDIENTS 1. Cottage Cheese Grated – 150 gram 2. Potatoes Grated – 2 medium sized 3. Tomatoes sliced – 2 4. Onions sliced - 2 medium sized 5. Corn flour – 3 to 4 tablespoon 6. Raisins – 2 tablespoon 7. Cashew -- 2 tablespoon 8. Cardamom Powder – half teaspoon 9. Ginger Garlic – Roughly Chopped 2 tablespoon 10. Cream – 2 tablespoon 11. Kashmiri Red chili Powder – 2 tablespoon 12. Turmeric Powder – 1 teaspoon 13. Cumin seeds – 2 tablespoon 14. Coriander Powder - 2 tablespoon 15. Grounded Spices - 1 tablespoon 16. Oil or Butter - 3 tablespoon 17. Salt – as per taste                 

PROCESS  In mixing bowl make mixing of cottage of cheese  Now add grated cheese and potatoes in it along with 2 tablespoons of corn flour for the binding of balls.  Now add salt, ground spices, coriander powder and red chilli powder as per your taste.  Knead well to make a smooth dough.  Make round balls and press each ball in the centre to fill it with dry fruits as mentioned above.  Now Coat these balls with corn flour and deep fry them in hot oil at medium flame. Don’t move balls again and again to avoid any breakage. Fry until balls get light brown and keep aside.

  6. CONT.,  Now make gravy using 2 table spoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of cumin seed, chapped garlic and ginger, and add onion.  When onion color changed to brownish add chopped tomato, now add red chili, turmeric powder, coriander powder.  Fry whole masala until gets soft and mixed together.  Now cashew should be added, mix it and let it cool  Now blend the whole masala by adding some water and make it as gravy stage

  7. CONT.,  Now again pour some oil into a pan, add 2 teaspoon of fenugreek leaves, cumin seeds and MDH kitchen king powder.  Now add gravy into it  Do not make gravy thick  Soak cheese balls into it.  For a bit of sweetness add 1 teaspoon of sugar  Reduce the flame and add cream.
