  3. Make Sure Your Brother Machine is Set As the Default Printer If the printer is not set as the "default printer", it will not be automatically selected when you choose to print. If your brother machine is not the default printer, set it as the default printer:

  4. Delete All Print Jobs Check The Printer Status Right click on the icon for your Brother machine => See what's printing => Printer => Use Printer Offline (Take the checkmark off.) If Use Printer Offline is greyed out, click Open As Administrator. Enter a password for an administrator and click Yes. If the printer status is Paused:
