  2. WELCOME TO NAIL CARE Nails are an essential part of your health and hygiene. They indicate your overall health and can also be a source of self-confidence. Nails that are healthy and well-groomed look nice, but they can also help prevent infections from bacteria on the nails and hands. Nail care includes keeping them trimmed and neat, but it also regularly moisturizes the nails and cuticles.
