  1. How to Use Mango Pulp to Make Halwa It's not tough to prepare mango pulp at home. You can use your regular processor for it. Big companies have commercial mango pulp processors that process mango pulp send it to packaging department. These packaged mango pulp products can be found in supermarkets. So, if you don't have mangoes at home, you can still get mango pulp from the market. This pulp is used for making different recipes and today, we will learn how to prepare mango halwa. Please note- you don't have to add extra sugar during cooking because the pulp is already very sweet. Ingredients Required -

  2. 1.2 and ¾ cups of Mango pulp 2.1 tablespoon Ghee Steps to follow - 1.Take a deep pan or small cooker. 2.Add the ghee and heat it. 3.Add mango pulp 4.Stir the pulp in every 10-15 minutes, so that it doesn't stick to the pan/cooker. 5.The mango pulp mixture will reduce in quantity. You will notice a change in color after cooking it for 45 minutes. You can transfer this mixture to a greased plate. 6.Let the pulp set for 2 or more hours. 7.You can cut it into pieces when it completely sets and garnish with nuts of your choice. Tip- Just in case your stove is not working, you can even cook the pulp in microwave oven. This will take lesser time also. You can even use more mango pulp as per your need. If you have a sweet tooth and love sugary recipes, you can make more of such things like mango puddings and give yourself a refreshing treat. Pulp exporters use mango pulp processors to prepare bulk batches of mango pulp. This is later commercially sold out in the market. You can avail packaged mango pulp from general store and supermarkets.
