  1. AltiView is an optional Windows client application for users who want greater call control, the ability to view voice mail and be able to make changes to their personal settings. The customer will need a network and client machines that meet the minimum specifications. Today up to 128 users can run the application at once. The application will also integrate with Outlook and other databases. It can pop the contact record based on Caller ID and allow dial by name by viewing all of the Outlook contacts. When receiving incoming calls, just click on the call you wish to take. Juggle multiple calls the same way. Click on the voice mail tab to selectively listen to voice mail in the order you want. Save a message as a WAV file and forward as an email attachment. The following screens will take you through all of the features of AltiView.   2. AltiView Call Control Screen Pop AltiView, Outlook, Goldmine and Others - Concurrent licensing. See Name and Number of Caller (Matches Number with name in Outlook…) Shows if call is coming from a workgroup or DNIS/DID. Select call by point and click Access other screens by clicking on tabs and buttons.

  4. AltiView Dialing By clicking on Dial, another field drops down. Access station or system speed dial. Look up numbers by typing in the first few letters of the first or last name. If using Outlook integration, the application will also search all Outlook contacts.

  5. AltiView Monitor The monitoring capability is a selective busy lamp field. To add or remove click change. During installation the user must be given supervisor capability or this screen is inactive. You may call anyone in the monitor field by double clicking on their extension.

  6. AltiView Call History The log shows all inbound and outbound connected calls. Call a person in the log by double clicking on name or number. Memo’s are also available Selectively delete individual records or all records.

  7. AltiView Configuration By clicking on the Configuration button on the main screen, users may change their personal settings. A key point to make when showing any of the advanced applications is that the user will only be able to use the features they have been given permission to use back at the server. Key Benefit ! Allow users to control their settings without involving the administrator.

  8. AltiView Message Notification Same capabilities as found in AltiReach Schedule times. Set message notification to phone or pager.

AltiReach-Call Management This allows employees easy control over how they want their extensions to answer calls throughout the day, week or always. • Call Forwarding to Extension or Outside Number • Change Busy or No Answer Handling • Adjust Number of Rings Before Forwarding • Key benefit ! • Control to select employees without burdening an administrator.

  17. AltiReach-Message Notification Key Benefit ! Allows people to be notified of any or just urgent voice mail to a phone or pager. When used in conjunction with Zoomerang, it is a very powerful combination. • Enable for any Message or Urgent Only. • Send Notification to Phone or Pager. • Schedule Hours Notification is Active.

  18. AltiReach – One Number Access This allows key employees to be accessed at up to four numbers. The Caller ID field may also be used as a password field. Example: Enter 123 in Caller ID Verification field. Hit OK. Now dial the extension. When voice mail answers enter 1. The system will prompt for the password. Enter 123 and the system will then begin to search. • Password or Caller ID Enabled • Schedule Timer Settings • Searches at up to 4 Numbers

CallView is a free client application and doesn’t require anything to be installed on the desktop except for a browser. So it isn’t memory intensive. It can also be used with a Macintosh Computer.

  20. AltiReach -Workgroup View This is accessed the same way as CallView. Log into AltiReach with the workgroup pilot number and password. You will now be able to monitor activity in that workgroup. • Caller ID Information • Number of Calls Abandoned • Number of Calls in Queue • Average Inbound Call Length • Number of Calls received
