  6. IMPORTANT PROPOSALS •MASTER PLANS FOR ALL HEALTH INSTITUTION CAMPUS •STANDARD RCC DESIGNS FOR ALL TYPE PLANS •ALL WORKS ARE TO BE DONE BY IDW •TESTING EQUIPMENTS AT DISTRICT LEVEL

Guidelines for execution of civil works ` • All new constructions of Health Institutes like PHCs, SCs, RHs, SDHs & Staff Quarters are to carried out as per New Type Plans sanctioned by Government of Maharashtra. • In all new constructions, care shall be taken to ensure that the locations of these facilities are such that beneficiary households can access them easily. • In all new constructions, care shall be taken that the facility is mentioned in approved Master plan of the district. • All new constructions shall require prior approval of GOI if any shift is proposed. (No shift from backward and inaccessible areas shall be allowed.)

  8. 5. All civil works undertaken to achieve IPHS standards would be based on expected patient load and priority shall be accorded to backward and inaccessible /remote areas. 6. The state shall setup implementation arrangement to monitor quality of works and completion as per schedule. 7. Every activity is identified by its own FMR Code Number. The activity wise expenditure shall be controlled and reported to GOI against these FMR Codes.
