  1. Patrick McKillop Of Pembroke - Staying Active By Running Patrick McKillop from Pembroke works had as a Director Of Investor Relations but also strives to be healthy and stay in shape. He knows that there are many ways to do this, but his favorite way to exercise is by running. He has been running for many years and focuses on long distance running. He has entered in many marathons and advises those looking for a way to get into shape to give running a try. Running events are very popular and while at one time there were just a few events held annually, now there are running events and marathons held somewhere new almost every weekend. Many of these running events have fun themes that attract people of all ages and fitness levels. Patrick McKillop from Pembroke is happy that more people are becoming interested in something he already enjoys so much. Patrick Mckillop Pembroke spends a lot of time training for marathon events and although he runs on a regular basis, he pushes himself much harder when he is training for an event. He often runs with other people and has made many new friends at the running events he attends. He is hoping to set a good example for his children and hopes that they will want to work hard to stay in shape and be healthy as well. He has dreams of being in the Boston Marathon. He would love to be a part of this event because it is so well-known and attracts so much attention. Professional runners from all over the world compete at the Boston Marathon and he would love to be a part of it. He is still working to prepare for such a competitive event but knows he will be entering in the near future. Running doesn’t just help him stay in shape, it also helps take his mind off the stresses of his job. He is dedicated to his career but also enjoys taking a break and running to clear his mind. Running has helped lower his stress levels and decrease his anxiety. He finds that he is happier when he is running and knows that he has become much healthier because of it. Anyone can start running and work up to long distances. It does take some training and a lot of hard work in order to get ready for a marathon or similar running event, but the challenge is something Patrick McKillop from Pembroke looks forward to.
