  2. THE AMAZON RIVER!! • The Amazon River is the second longest river in the world (6400Km). • The countries the Amazon River flows through Brazil, Colombia and Peru, and the cities are Manus, Belem, Macapa and Santarem.

  3. What animals live in the Amazon river? • The Amazon River is a habitat to dolphins, anacondas, eels, piranhas, crabs and turtles also accompanying thousands of fish species.

  4. What is the source of the Amazon River? • The source of the vast Amazon River is the Andes mountains. Which is in Peru.

  5. Where is the mouth of the Amazon? • The mouth of the Amazon River is the Atlantic Ocean and it ends at the Pacific Ocean.

  6. Glossary! • Habitat = a home for any animal that it feels comfortable in. • Anacondas = a type of snake that is particularly big, strong and deadly. • Source = a hole where water flows out to start a lifecycle of a river. • Mouth = A mouth is where a river ends.
