  1. 2014 柏レイソルシニアスクール～レイソルのスタジアムで身体を動かそう～柏市在住の65歳以上の男女対象 【開催日】 第1回　2014年　 9月19日(金)10:30～13:00 第2回　2014年　10月24日(金)10:30～13:00 第3回　2014年　11月 21日(金)10:30～13:00 各開催日　20名程度※応募者多数の場合は抽選となります 【実施場所】 日立柏サッカー場（千葉県柏市日立台1-2-50） 　人工芝・天然芝・体育館・室内練習場など 【内容】 ・ボールを使った運動・ストレッチ・サッカー講習会（ルール説明など） ・トップチームの選手と同じメニューの食事をとりながらの懇親会 【参加費】 各回2,000円（税込／保険・昼食・飲み物代を含む）　 ※当日の受付時に徴収いたします。 【申込方法】 往復ハガキの裏面に①住所　②氏名（ふりがな）　③生年月日／年齢　④性別　⑤電話番号　⑥参加希望開催日　⑦日頃行っている運動　⑧サッカー競技についての疑問、わかりやすく説明して欲しいことを明記して、締切日までに下記宛に郵送してください。 【〒277-0083　柏市日立台1-2-50「柏レイソルシニアスクール」】 ※ご記入いただいた個人情報は、本スクール活動運営の目的以外には使用いたしません。 ※申込締切　：第1回　9月5日（金）　・第2回　10月10日（金）　・第3回　11月7日（金）　必着 【注意事項】 健康に不安がある方は、ご家族やかかりつけの医師とよく相談し、自己責任の上でご参加ください。 【お問い合わせ】 柏レイソルサッカースクール【シニアスクール】係 04-7167-8534（水～金曜日13:30～15:30） みんな、 集まって～！
