OTHER SAVINGS (Not Quantified) IN OUR ANALYSIS • Installation of the floor and the ceiling in one operation and without obstacles (before the installation of walls) providing the following advantages: • Savings of 10% on floor and ceiling installation time. • Savings up to 5% on floor and ceiling material (reduction of material cuts). • Savings on wiring and electricity installation time. • Minimum productivity loss at the time of installation or when re-designing. • Electric and data wiring modifications are facilitated (quick removal of the panels gives total access to the inside of the walls). • Self-supporting partition walls laying on floor covering require no changes to floor or ceiling when redesigning, thus providing additional savings.
