  3. PROCEDIMIENTO RIPS Objetivo: Fortalecer el Sistema de Información con los prestadores de servicios de salud, para generar indicadores para la toma de decisiones, creación de políticas, el monitoreo regulatorio y la gestión de servicios en el Municipio de Santiago de Cali.

BENEFICIOS MUTUOSCalidad de la información La Secretaría de Salud ofrece de manera gratuita: • Software Validador RIPS que permite validar la estructura y la integralidad de los datos antes de reportar al Ministerio de Salud. • Soporte y asistencia técnica permanente en el sistema de información. • Retroalimentación de la información • Publicación del Perfil Epidemiológico del Municipio de Santiago de Cali

  5. LOGROS A ALCANZAR • Fortalecimiento del sistema General de Seguridad Social. • Garantizar la calidad de la información que los prestadores de servicios de salud deberán reportar a la Secretaría de Salud de Cali y al Ministerio de la Protección Social como lo determina la Ley 1438 de enero del 2011. • Conocer los indicadores de calidad de la atención. • Identificar el perfil del estado de salud de la población de Cali. • Brindar información a todos los usuarios.
