  1. Situation • The Client, a mid sized provider of insurance and financial services acquired a packaged web-based application to track performance of their business. The system had been in production usage for 3 years and contained a huge amount of data. The system functionality couldn’t be tailored to the financial industry’s unique requirements, and did not support data analysis and report building tasks. Additionally, since no technical documentation for data export was available, migration to a more robust solution seemed impossible. The Client was looking for a partner capable of designing a data analysis tool and integrating it with their existing software Results Solution • Improved Customer Satisfaction experience • Excellent communication process with all stakeholders ensured a smooth flow of instructions from the Client and sufficient warning of risks and changes to enable early assessment and corrective action. • Project delivered on time and on budget. • Min turnaround time of 2-3 hrs when new business requirements are received or additional data analysis is required, the team performs data processing and develops new reports integrated into the reporting solution. • Developed a flexible reporting framework for corporate data visualization and analysis. • A number of reports which possessed enhanced filtering features, functionality for export to Excel/PDF/HTML/etc., and an elaborate UI design. • Data-driven subscriptions were used to deliver reports within the established timeframe and to view them in various email Clients. • A web portal to allow users to view and enter information into the corporate database Near-shoring With Confidence
