  25. Ministry of the Interior implements the decision and political guidance of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Implementation of the Civilian crisis management in the EU, UN, OSCE, NATO and other coalitions. Act on the Civil participation in Crisis Management: "The Ministry of the Interior deals with issues related to domestic readiness and issues related to the provision of aid falling within the rescue services under the Rescue Services Act. Section 4 — Domestic readiness Domestic readiness comprises: 1) readiness for recruitment of civil personnel to be sent on crisis management duties abroad; 2) material and logistic readiness; 3) provision of crisis management training for civil personnel; 4) coordination of preparation for issues referred to in paragraphs 1-3 above in various administrative sectors and 5) cooperation with non-governmental organizations in order to maintain and develop the issues referred to in paragraphs 1-3 above." Law to be revised and/or amended in 2016.
