ANALYSIS OF THE RESPONSES • Students from the CS background, who do not have a lot of exposure to art/design often tend to think in the most obvious ways • Students from the Math background tend to relate their answers to shapes, numbers, etc • Students from the Art / Design / Architecture background think intuitively and hold better imagination and high creativity levels.   9. CREATIVITY ANALYSIS - DRAWBACKS • May not be a foolproof procedure • Analysis is limited to the questions and answers provided in the survey • Sample space may be inadequate SPRING 2010

CREATIVITY ANALYSIS - CONCLUSION • Creativity is most certainly shaped by the academic profession / background of an individual • Since a person spends almost 12 hours of the day over his work life (profession), his thought process is directed towards his work life • This typically constraints the thoughts, imagination and creativity in turn  SPRING 2010
