  3. Cadet Battalion Commanderc/COL Ashley Lucious Responsible for the direct supervision of Cadet Battalion Executive Officer, Company Commanders and Cadet Battalion Command Sergeant Major. Also responsible for everything in which this battalion participates.

  4. HISTORY OF • JOHN L. LEFLORE • MAGNET HIGH SCHOOL • Named in honor of Mr. John L. LeFlore, • a prominent civil rights leader in the 1960s • Opened in January 1981 • Graduated its first class in 1981 • JROTC Program began at Toulminville • High School in 1969 • Designated a Preparatory Academy in 2006 • Re-designated a Magnet High School in 2008

CLOTHING SHORTFALLS • The DAI makes an initial purchase of name • tags through a commercial vendor • Subsequent purchases of name tags are obtained through JROTC ExChange…a California based company • There will be a significant problem fitting females in Sizes 4 – 12 in the out years due the discontinuation of the green dress uniforms and a shortage of these particular sizes
