  1. Year: 1996 A bunch of children who used to play sports together decides to celebrate Saraswati Puja together for the first time leading to the formation of Lake “Town Kalindi Evergreen Club”.

  2. Along the years: 1996 – 2001: Once itgotstartedtherewas no stopping and along the years the Puja gotbigger and better…….

  3. Year 2002: Evergreenorganisedits first ever Cultural night, with local performers and that gave a new dimension to the event.

  4. Year 2003:Year 2004: RUPANKARCACTUS Year 2006:

  5. Year 2007: It was time to foucus on the young talents of the state. The show featuredZeeBangla Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Winner – Nilakhi and Chandrabindooconcluded the show.

  9. Year 2008: With the Chinese New Yearbeing on the 2ndweek of February and so as Sasraswati Puja in thisyeartherewas no second thoughtrequiredabout the theme. A ChineseBuddhist temple themewasobvious.

  12. Year 2009: It was a hugeyear for Evergreen. Sit N Drawcompetitionwasorganised for the first time. The Pandalwas made by renownedartists. The Cultural program wentBollywoodwith the performance of bollywoodplay back singer AbhijitGhoshal.
