  5. What Are Employee Expectations? In order to do his job well Employees expect: 1. To know what is expected of them in terms of production, quality, delivery and cost 2. To provide them the resources to do their work to meet stated expectations: - machines that are capable - material as specified and on time - work environment that is safe, orderly & clean - methods that detail how should they do their work - training to do their job consistently well

  14. 5 S 5S is a philosophy, a way of life that one practices all the time every day. It involves everyone in the organisation. Purpose: 5S is considered as the Foundation of Improvement Activities and its purpose is to involve the workforce in creating a safe, hygienic, satisfying and pleasant work environment.

  15. DAILY WORK MANAGEMENT Leads To: Consistency Check by Meeting, Conferences, or Committee Check by Communication with subordinates, Senior staffs, related Department

Daily Work Management DWM is a systematic method of performing all routine (daily) work and activities in a standardized way to consistently and efficiently achieve the aims and objective of the process/department. This covers maintenance of the current status and also making incremental improvements. Purpose is to involve people in creating a work environment that provides transparency, harmony and autonomy to carry out ones work in a disciplined manner to consistently and efficiently achieve the agreed objectives

DWM - Objectives • To satisfy internal and external customers by providing outputs that consistently meet their requirements in terms of quality and always on time. • To provide these outputs efficiently at a cost that is within the budget. • To ensure consistency of daily/routine work creating pleasant and safe work environment • To provide autonomy to people working on the process for respect and dignity • To continuously develop people capability.
