  3. An example of a bad costumer experience is…… • A guy at McDonalds gets the wrong order so he flips out about the horrible service that he was getting from the drive thru. So the guy is being mean to the worker at the establisment because they messed up his order.

How it went down • Tres: “I would like a double cheeseburger, a large ice tea with ice cream and large fries now and hurry.” • Greeter: “Ok sir, that would be 7.68 thanks.” • Five minutes later his food comes. • Tres: “I said I wanted a LARGE ice tea not a SMALL!” • Greeter: “Sorry for the inconvenience Sir, I’ll get you a new one” • Tres: “you better make it quick your just wasting my time” • Drink arrives 2 min later” • Greeter: “here you go sir once again Im sorry for the inconvenience hope you have a wonderful day.” • Tres: “whatever”

  5. How to deal with aRGUMENTIVE customer • The most proper way to handle this customer to make it into a win, win situation for you and the customer and your business tell the customer that you are sorry for the inconvenience and say it with a smile on your face to eliminate all threat of hostility toward you and the businesses. Then tell them to have a nice day.
