CA Unicenter Help Desk Tips Summary Line – Include Building Name as well as Summary of Problem/Issue Description– Please include all pertinent info such as: breadcrumb trail, report number, description of what you are attempting to do vs. what is happening. If you are having issues with a report, please leave in your MGMT screen. If you are having problems with student records, please include student name and/or student ID.   4. SECURITY • Make any needed changes to staff and staff job functions on View Staff Members page.   46. 13.0 – #5249 - Graduation Eligibility Current year manual course history with earned credit was only being included if it met ‘Mark Type’ selected for current year credits. Fixed to always include Earned credits

  47. 13.0 – #5177 - Graduation Eligibility Project pass on the missing marks handling in line item added in 12.4 wasn’t doing so until the line items had edit/save done.

  50. StudentInformation 13.0 Advanced Search – Local Ethnicity Advanced Search using the Local Ethnicity (formally Ethnicity) field now yields the correct results. Previously it was returning all students ignoring the Ethnicity filter. Now only students matching the Local Ethnicity filter are displayed.
