Managing Change • Michael Moeller, Campbell’s VP heading the change • Initiated Communications and Education • Ensured that Campbell had the need Skills, Structures, Behaviors and Attitudes to enable the “New Way” • Each site got 3 – 6 weeks of training • Learned from previous sites that went live

  12. Today Campbell Soup has completed their integration of SAP enterprise-resource planning system in both the United States and aboard.
