SuomiCD helps you to answer questions such as: • What postal code areas have the most buying potential in terms of income? • Where do the customer profile demographics match your product demographics? • What kind of customers live nearby your retail locations? • Do the potentials of your selling territories differ a lot?

  3. SuomiCD contains regional data on: • Building stock • Service structure of the area • Household final consumption expenditure • Inhabitants • Households • Business establishments • Distance to work

  4. SuomiCD, customers: • mainly dealing with consumer marketing • usually operate in whole country and have several sales areas • need to know the structure and potential of different market areas • Typical uses: - site selection - consumer and market analysis - tarketing of direct marketing

SuomiCD, customers: • at the moment 150 companies, approx 900 users • 70 % is ”loyal” customers, update database regularly • Key factors for customer loyalty: - good product, developed with customers. - free training and Help Desk for all users. - regular contacts with customers: invitations to fairs, exhibitions and seminars. Free copy of Stat.fi magazine. Every customer is contacted 4-6 times a year either face-to-face, by phone or by mail.
