  5. Anticipation of Departure Exercise • Work as a family team. • Concentrate on Anticipation of Departure section. • Columns: • Read “What’s going on” actions. Do you agree? Can you identify with them? Add anything that is not listed. • Check what feelings you are having. Which one of you are experiencing them; one or both of you? Why? • What are some things you can do to manage the time leading up to the deployment; in other words what can you do to cope with all of this?
