Our Mission “To make India as swami Vivekananda dreamed of ” • We are aiming to integrate the talent of youth in the Development of our country. • Creating a pool of educated and intellectual minds for national interest. • To connect, communicate, promote and integrate the talent of our country with the mainstream. • To be responsible and encourage people to be responsible towards their social duties, promote patriotism and sense of moral responsibilities.

  3. Events • Day 1 • 12th January 2013(Saturday) Inauguration Ceremony and Vivekananda Jayanti celebration through a live exhibition (PoorvottarJhaanki) by the young artists of North East. Venue: Connaught Place Time:3 pm JhalakPoorvottarITDM Youth Festival | 12-14th Jan 2013 | New Delhi

  4. Day 2 • 13th January 2013 (Sunday) Cultural show by 150 youth artists of different tribes from 8 states of North East. Special Attraction • PARIDHANA • Fashion Show in traditional costumes from North East • PRADARSHANI • An Exhibition of the Historical significance of the North East .   5. Day 3 • 14th January 2013(Monday) BihuSakrantiUtsav – Celebrating Bihu and MakarSakranti at a single platform for cultural exchange between North East and rest of India. Venue: Different Places in Delhi Time: Whole Day JhalakPoorvottarITDM Youth Festival New Delhi

Objectives • To celebrate the 150th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda through Cultural awareness. • To inculcate positive awareness about the people and society of North- Eastern parts of India through Cultural performances . • To clarify the misperception about the life and society of the North East India. • To help in develope better social communication between the people of Delhi and the North East by promoting the feeling of national unity and brotherhood. • To felicitate the Youth Icons of North East India in the Capital City and enhance social communication among them .
