Τρόποι Χρηματοδότησης Collaborative Project (CP, συνεργατικό έργο) – τουλάχιστο 3 ανεξάρτητοι φορείς καθένας εκ των οποίων βρίσκεται σε κράτος-μέλος (κμ) ή συνδεδεμένο μέλος (σμ) και όχι 2 εκ των οποίων να βρίσκονται στο ίδιο κμ ή σμ. Specific International Collaborative Action CP (SICA – CP, ειδική διεθνής συνεργατική δράση) - τουλάχιστο 4 ανεξάρτητοι φορείς, εκ των οποίων 2 σε διαφορετικά κμ ή σμ, ενώ οι άλλοι 2 σε διαφορετικές χώρες. Collaborative Action (CA, συνεργατική δράση) - τουλάχιστο 3 ανεξάρτητοι φορείς καθένας εκ των οποίων βρίσκεται σε κμ ή σμ και όχι 2 εκ των οποίων να βρίσκονται στο ίδιο κμ ή σμ.   27. Χρήσιμες Παρατηρήσεις - 1 • Όπου η προκήρυξη προβλέπει τύπο IP, στην υπο-δραστηριότητα εκείνη χρηματοδοτείται συνήθως 1 μόνον έργο. • Στις προκηρύξεις με τύπους SS/MS RP θα χρηματοδοτηθούν 1 ή 2 το πολύ έργα. • Απαραίτητη η συμμετοχή κινέζικου(ων) φορέα(ων) στην προκήρυξη ENV.2009.5.1.0.1.

  28. Χρήσιμες Παρατηρήσεις - 2 • Στις προκηρύξεις τύπων SS/MS RP η κοινοτική συμμετοχή ανά έργο δεν μπορεί να ξεπεράσει τα 3.500.000 €, με εξαίρεση όλη την υπο-δραστηριότητα 6.4.2έως 1.500.000 €. • Για τους τύπους LS IP η κοινοτική χρηματοδότηση μπορεί να κυμανθεί μεταξύ 4.000.000 € και 7.000.000 € ανά έργο. • Στις προκηρύξεις τύπων SA η κοινοτική χρηματοδότηση δεν μπορεί να ξεπεράσει τα 1.000.000 € ανά έργο. • Στις προκηρύξεις τύπου CΑ και ERA-Net η μέγιστη κοινοτική συμμετοχή θα είναι 2.000.000 € ανά έργο. • Στις προκηρύξεις τύπου CSO η μέγιστη κοινοτική συμμετοχή θα είναι 1.500.000 € ανά έργο. • Στις προκηρύξεις ΝοΕη μέγιστη κοινοτική συμμετοχή θα είναι μεταξύ 4.000.000 € και 7.000.000 € ανά έργο.

Maximum funding rates • Research and technological development activities: up to 50% of eligible costs except for: • Public bodies: up to 75% • Secondary and higher education establishments: up to 75% • Research organisations (non-profit): up to 75% • SMEs: up to 75% • Security related research for highly reliable capabilities with impact on security of European citizens and targeted to a limited number of public users: up to 75%. • Demonstration activities: up to 50%

  32. Αξιολόγηση Προτάσεων • Αξιολόγηση προτάσεων κατά το Φεβρουάριο-Μάρτιο 2009. • Συμβουλευτική Επιτροπή κατά τον Απρίλιο 2009. • Ανακοίνωση αποτελεσμάτων στις εθνικές αντιπροσωπείες κατά το Μάϊο 2009. • Έναρξη διαβουλεύσεων συμβολαιοποίησης με τις επιτυχούσες προτάσεις κατά τον Ιούνιο 2009.

Ελληνικές ΠρωτοβουλίεςΕθνικού Σημείου Επαφής & Εθνικών Εκπροσώπων • Άτυπη σύσταση Μεσογειακού λόμπυ εκ 13 κμ & σμ. • 4 συναντήσεις, 2 ανεπίσημα κείμενα. • Παράσταση ενώπιον της Επιτροπής στις 19.9.2008. • Συνέχιση των παρεμβάσεων προς την Επιτροπή για προκηρύξεις αναφερόμενες ειδικά για την περιοχή της Μεσογείου. • Δυνατότητα παρέμβασης των ερευνητών μέσω των εθνικών εκπροσώπων στη σύνταξη του οδικού χάρτη για το 2010.

HOT TIPS & GuidelinesEvaluation Criteria Only 3 evaluation criteria and 15 evaluation points to award • S & T Excellence (progress beyond s.o.t.a., quality and effectiveness of S&T methodology and associated workplan, relevance to the topic. • Management (quality of the consortium, appropriateness of the resources, complementarity and quality of partners). • Impact (contribution to the expected impact, dissemination of results and know-how obtained, exploitation of Intellectual Property Rights.

Possible future R&D Topics A number of possible future R&D Topics to be included in the Calls fro Proposals may include: • 2009: joint call with NMP on “waste: development of technologies for recycling treatment and safe disposal of nanoproducts”. • 2009: joint call with themes 2 (food, agriculture etc.), 4 (NMP), 5 (energy) and 7 (transport) on biorefineries and biofuels. • 2011: Clean processes on various industrial sectors (waste: growing issue for contemporary societies, natural resources: growing scarcity and costs, energy: increasing requirements for efficiency, recycling: saves energy, resources and waste). • VISION: “zero waste society”, recycling society”, “circular economy”
