  3. Writing + Art + Journaling One of the most powerful and highly accessible methods to learn how to learn is ongoing journaling.

  4. Drawing from LifeThe Journal as Art • Jennifer New defines it in broad terms as, "a place where we record personal reflections, observations of our world, playful meanderings, and plans."
