  2. How can diseases effect you? There are many diseases that can harm your body. Some of the main ones can be almost always be lead back to alcohol or drugs. One of the main diseases in the U.S is heart disease, this can almost always be tracked back to if someone used cigarettes.

  3. What things are the healthiest for your body? There are many things that you can do to help your body stay healthy. Some of the main things are, eating healthy, getting between 8-10 hours of sleep per night, making sure to get at least one hour of exercise, and stay away from drugs and alcohol use.

  4. What Foods are the healthiest for you? There are many different foods that you can eat to stay healthy. You need to intake the correct amount of carbohydrates and acids. You need certain amount servings for each food group. You need to eat 2 to 3 servings of dairy, 3 to 5 servings of vegetables, 2 to 3 servings of meat, 2 to 4 servings of fruit and 6 to 11 servings of grains.

  5. Why is it important to Have good health? It is very important to have good health because if you don’t, you may not be able to do or enjoy the things that you want to do in every day life. If you have good health good things might happen, you could live longer, you can be fit and clean and have a very strong body.

  6. What things can harm your health? There are many things that can harm you. If you don’t have physical hygiene bacteria and essences can grow on your skin. Don’t smoke, smoking can cause cancer, heart disease, and your life can even become shorter. Make sure that you eat lots of grains fruits and vegetables.
