In 2006 we first released our Portal solution and in 2007 we released GoPro for IBM FileNet. This rapid development would not have taken place unless we had excellent cooperation with customers and partners that have given us valuable feedback for development. Thank YOU!

Wizards for mass mailing make sending bulk mail simple. Only one instance of the document is stored, ensuring less saved content, but at the same time all history is stored with a link to the original document.

  21. GoPro Archive NEW! Conversion options for all documents to tif or pdf format. Retrieve any previous version of documents. Archiving old documents clears up a cluttered view, and saves cases to a separate database with a summary overview of archived content. Electronically deliver cases and related content for long-term electronic storage.

  22. Handover according to NA requirements The National Archive’s (NA) regulations ask for the electronic return of data. Additional functionality in GoPro ensures the transformation of data to compliant form. Built on regulations from the National Archive of Danmark and Iceland. Data is transformed to xml and tif, the content is zipped with detail information on the content of the delivery package. Finally the delivery pack is transformed to the final format according to requirements of the NA.
