  3. Current Needs of the Nation Concerning Energy Development • Reassessment of the Energy Resources and Opportunities • Development of an Energy Policy • Direction/Guidelines for the development of wind and solar resources • Assessment of Transmission capabilities and future opportunities

  4. Goals of the Grant Request • Bring a group of experts together to focus on the Nation’s energy development needs • Do a reassessment of the Nation’s energy resources • Fossil Fuel • Renewable Energy • Review/Redraft the Nation’s Energy Policy

  5. Goals of the Grant Request • Develop the Nation’s Wind/Solar energy projects • Assess and develop a strategy focus on the implementation of transmission needs within the Nation and getting electrical power to the market
