  3. A Family in Bethany • Mary, Martha and Lazarus. v1 • Mary - anointed the Lord..v2a • The sisters – sent word..v3 • Lazarus - loved but ill.. v3 • Jesus said, “sickness for the Glory of God”…v4

  4. GOD’S GLORY • If any one hears my voice… Rev 3:20 • If you have chosen the right thing…Luke 10:42 • If you believe…v40 • Jesus is the Master

  5. LOST GLORYLOST GLORY • Lord’s delay (GOD’S TIMING) v6 • Lazarus in the tomb for 4 days (HOPELESS SITUATION) v39 • Martha approached bitterly (PROMISE) v21 • Mary fell at His feet v32, weeping (PRAYER) v33 • Jesus is the ANSWER

  6. RECOVERED GLORY • Jesus wept v35 • Jesus said, “Come and see” v34 • Jesus said with a loud voice, “Come out Lazarus” v43 • Jesus is the GLORY

  7. Conclusion • Oh Families, Remain in GOD’S WORD! • Oh Families, Remember GOD’S ABLITY! • Oh Families, Recover GOD’S GLORY! • Jesus REVEALS HIS GLORY
