SHRM communicates with our volunteers primarily through email – often the message is time sensitive and we want to make sure our volunteers have the most updated information as soon as it becomes available.  Some of our volunteer leaders may have inadvertently elected NOT to receive any emails from SHRM.  This means that you cannot receive emails related to your role as a SHRM volunteer.  If in fact you do wish to receive emails from SHRM, please go to http://l.shrm.org/opt/Member_Com/.  This will take you directly to the “SHRM’s Subscription Management page.  Select “Volunteers” to receive emails relevant to your volunteer position.  You also have an opportunity to receive emails from other departments such as the Executive Office, Students/Young Professionals, Membership and Government Affairs.
