  4. Faith Brought Victory • Prophets of Baal were defeated, and God was vindicated 1 Kings 18:38-40 • Never make it about you • Failure is not acting in faith • Steadfast & immovable 1 Cor. 15:58 • God sees the little things Hebrews 6:10 • Faith overcomes the world 1 John 5:3-4

  5. Faith Brought Glory • People recognized that YHWH is God1 Kings 18:39 • The glory cannot be ours Matthew 5:16 • God is glorified through overcoming2 Corinthians 4:1-15
