Company Profile Shenzhen Pengyifa Precision Mould Co., Ltd. is an integrative High-tech Enterprise, involving Design, Development, Manufacturing and Sales. lt was founded in 1999 and located at Baihuadong, Guangming District, Shenzhen, China. We own self-established Modern Industrial Park with 40,000 square meters and complete supporting facilities, employing more than 500 employees with sales of USD 13 million in 2015. Pengyifa is a Manufacturer specialized in manufacturing Ski Goggles, Swimming Goggles, Swimming Caps, Swimming Accessories, Diving Masks, Diving Snorkels, Diving Fins and relative sports and leisure products. DEVELOPMENT : having CNC process centre, wire cutting machines, spark machines and other equipments for molding; PRODUCTION : having multi-function and high-precision automatic injection machines, hydraulic machines, automatic printing machine , Class 100,000 Dust-free Anti-fog, Vacuum Electroplating, Reinforcing, Painting and so on hundreds of Advanced Equipments. 5. Milestone • PengYiFa was founded ceremoniously in 1999, which has been located in Gushu, Baoan, Shenzhen, and then started “Pengyifa” business. It’s engaged in CNC mold manufacturing, Sparks machine mold manufacturing, wire cutter mold manufacturing, etc 1999-2000 2000-2002 2002-2006 • PengYiFa was growing up gradually based on the precise molding manufacturing.  Production department was set up which mainly producing sporting products such as swimming suit, Yoga clothing, thermal underwear and many others. The company then established domestic sales department and many domestic sales channels as well as export sales department. • The business of PengYiFa is expanding rapidly and focused more on research and development.  The same year, we successfully launched professional swim goggles and swim caps.

6. Milestone 2008-2009 2006-2008 • PengYiFa ’s own factory site, PENYIFA Industrial Park, was successfully built and set up in Baihuadong, Guangming District, Shenzhen .  Our export sales was also growing rapidly due to our top tiered products. • PengYiFa successfully rode on the top of the global financial crisis and was continuous expanding .

Milestone • PengYiFa successfully passed the ISO9001:2008 Certificate of DAS. 2010-2013 2013-2016 2009-2010 • PengYiFa promoted "Horizontal in Specialization & Vertical in Integration” and built up a more standardized management model which enhancing the company for further development. • PengYiFa is improving in our labors related issues to meet the compliance standards requested by the top tiered clients.

8. Company Strengths • Pengyifa manufactures Swimming Goggles and Swimming Caps as well as Ski Goggles and Diving Masks at the same time. Therefore, we can integrate many different kinds of Technology for the manufacturing and delvelopment of Goggles. e.g. Soft or Liquid Silicone Gaskets will be also used for our Swimming Goggles although it is used only for Diving Goggles normally. • Pengyifa has already developed the Technology of the Long Lasting Anti-Fog for Goggles: • e.g. CF3700, CF4400, CF5700, CF5800, CF6100, CF6200 • Long Lasting Anti-fog Goggles can be used in water for more than six months to one year still maintaining the Anti-fog effect. In this case, Anti-fog agent is added at the same time in the process of manufacturing so that Anti-fog agent can penetrate the Lens to achieve the Long Lasting Anti-fog effect.

9. Company Strengths • Goggles with Polarized Effect: • e.g. CF4400A, CF5700A, CF6100A, CF6200A. • Polarized Lens are made from a special polarizing film that is molded into the lens. In swimming, intense light or glare will be formed due to the sun light. This film can filter out and eliminate the harmful glare to protect the swimmer’s eyes from damage and improve the vision in strong light conditions. This Polarization Technology has been widely used in High-Quality sun glasses and fishing glasses already. • Pengyifa has Dust-free Painting and Polishing Workshop so that the Colour of the Gasket and the Frame of our Goggles will be much more vivid.  • Most of the Ski goggles are our Independent Research and Development Products: • e.g. SNOW-2300, SNOW-2800 • With our Patented Technology and Design, it will be much more convenient to replace the lens and the straps quickly.
