  8. PROCEDURE • RUN DisAggragate.BAT • @echo off • DISAG PHNT.PRM PHNT.MTH 10 • PAUSE • Copy PHNT000*.WTD to C:\WM2_Console • RUN ExportPHNT.BAT

  9. PROCEDURE • OPEN DSSAT35 • RUN WHEAT EXPERIMENT (ALL TREATMENT AT ONCE)

  10. YIELD ANALYSIS • From C:\DSSAT35\WHEAT • Copy PANT0601.WHS • Use YieldParse.BAT to parse the yield • Output file is yield.txt

  11. ANALYZE YIELD • Use RMSE3.BAT to analyze yield • Outputs RMSE.txt (appended file), StdY.txt, Bias.txt

  12. OUPUT WHEAT EXP FILE • PANT0601.WHS Mg/ha Year
