How our Client data is secured • we are using Encrypted Database System • All information passed between client and the secure data center is compressed, encrypted and transmitted over HTTPS secure protocol. Additionally, key data fields in the database are encrypted using one-way encryption.  This prevents even brute force decryption by using a time-based algorithm • our Web Server can be accessed from our Network only • we sign the NDA with our Client for their data security • each Client we are allocating Separate Database, Separate Bandwidth, to avoid Hacking. • each Client we are providing Separate domain name • each Client Software will be Separate, One Client customization will not share with other Client • we are following audit system for accessing the database. • Secure Access(SSL)

IP Address based Security • Authorization by IP address (or IP address range) • Locking Head office login for Specific Time like 19.00 hours to 09.00 hours • I P address based Monitoring the various screen wise also. • Login ID for Accounts Department, HR department, Admin Department. This all will controller by the Control Panel Login
