  6. Meeting Dates All meeting dates are in the morning (8:15 AM ) and the afternoon (3:55 PM) on the same day. All meetings are the second Thursday of each month. Everything is on the website!

  7. New Hours Policy http://classroom.leanderisd.org/default.aspx?VHS%20Mu%20Alpha%20Theta/MAT%20Hours%20Sheet No more group hours Only Individual and Math hours now. Still 3 hours total. At least one hour from each category, total needs to be 3 hours.

  8. What kind of service falls into what category? Individual hours include community service and does not have to be math related! Math hours include club related events i.e. tutoring in pit, helping out at club events (induction etc), private tutoring (must be signed off by adult), participating in math UIL, etc.

  9. Dues 10$ dues are due on 10/2 (Wednesday) due to the things that Mrs. Battles needs to do with the dues. Overdue dues will not do dude. New members don’t need to pay dues this year!

  10. Missed Meetings We are tightening up our missed meeting rules! 1 missed meeting: warning 2 missed meetings: probation, 1 more service hour 3 missed meetings: kicked out! Missed meetings don’t reset at the start of new semester!

  11. Pit Tutoring What type of hours would those be? Individual or math?? Max 5 a day can sign up for “Mu Alpha Theta Pit” 30 minutes will be given at each pit that is attended. DO NOT sign up of “Mrs. Battles Tutoring Pit” Remind 101 will be sent out when the pits are set up and tutoring can begin! (remind battles to email teachers when thing is set up)

  12. Last Thing Would you guys be cool with a trophy case run by Mu Alpha Theta? $$$ would be spent putting things inside it and keeping it looking nice.
