  1. Welcome Students! In this course we will be using iClicker: an easy-to-use classroom response system to conduct real-time polling.

  2. How does it work? • Questions are posed in class. • Use your personal remote to answer A,B,C,D, or E. • Results are automatically tallied and displayed anonymously to the entire class. • You receivepoints for participatingand/or answering correctly. • All of the above!

  4. Here’s what you need: • A personal iClicker student remote (purchased stand-alone at the bookstore).

  5. 2. Notice your unique “clicker ID” Before you begin: 1. Once you remove a new clicker from its packaging, pull out the clear plastic tab from the back – this will activate the batteries.

  6. iClicker is easy… • Turn clicker ON • You will see a blue power light when it’s on. • AAA batteries are already included.

  7. Turn clicker ON • Click your answer:A,B,C,D, or E

  8. Turn clicker ON • Click your answer: A,B,C,D, or E • Your answer is received when you see the GREEN light!

  9. Turn clicker ON • Click your answer: A,B,C,D, or E • Your answer is received when you see the GREEN light! • Turn clicker OFF after class.
