  3. What is Art? • Art is the product or process of deliberately arranging items (often with symbolic significance) in a way that influences and affects one or more of the senses, emotions, and intellect.. • Traditionally, the term art was used to refer to any skill or mastery

  4. What is a IFB? • An IFB is a competitive sealed bid method and is used in a formal procurement. The IFB is used to publicly solicit goods and services through sealed bids when the anticipated acquisition cost exceeds the small purchase threshold. An IFB requires the organization to provide clear concisespecifications………

  5. Accuracy of Quantities Most critical is the estimated quantities that you list. They should be based on valid and current levels. Suppliers cannot afford to give away low pricing for minimal volume, once realized that the quantities are inaccurate you may see significantly increased prices.
