Your Job • To know everything about the state mandated testing program – literally everything • To make sure there are absolutely no testing irregularities in your district or on your campus. • To make sure you do not inconvenience any teacher with a training schedule that requires them to miss any of their duty free allotted time.

Your Job • To be available 24/7 to answer your superintendents questions concerning scores, accountability and what rating you are predicting for the district. • To talk to any parent at any time about their child’s needs during testing. • To predict that your campus coordinators really need some Large Print booklets and multiple form 1’s even though they failed to order them.
