  7. Senior Management • Regular briefing • Involvement of the SM during the GC programmes • Involvement of private sector as main stakeholders in different projects Request: • During RR/DRR meeting, GC should be discussed

Existing GC participants (4 of them are going to attend the summit) • Regular Information sharing: Set up monthly meeting to discuss about the important and useful issues – MDGs, Human rights, disaster management, HIV, Role of Private Sector in peace process • Status: Added into the VIP lists for the UN programmes – UN day, Poverty day • Publicity: Publishing their names in UNDP Annual report ( in the process)

Beyond the GC • GC participant: Gandaki Bee Concern (exporter of honey) - buying directly from poor entrepreneurs 400 to 500 from remote parts of the country • GC participant: Choudhary Group (CG): on going • 50 metric tons of chilli powder required • 1000 of women entrepreneurs can be benefited • Purchasing capacity will be increased of poor • Ultimately, poor can afford to buy noodles

  10. New potential Businesses • Series of round table meetings with different organisations: • FNCCI, • Nepal Business Initiative (NBI) • Nepal Young Entrepreneurs Forum (NYEF) • Talk programmes in different forum Advertisement in papers and TV (in the process – SM has not approved yet)
